Sushi Girl Blu-ray & DVD Easter Eggs

There are many websites devoted to DVD Easter Eggs, though they don't seem to have been updated in quite some time. By the time the Blu-ray format came out in the mid-2000s, the studios mostly gave up on Easter Eggs, so there aren't many on Blu-ray, but there are some. Generally, these aren't listed on the Easter Egg sites, so I thought I would list the Blu-ray Easter Eggs that I find on the discs that I own. Today, I'll show you the eggs on the Sushi Girl (2012) Blu-ray and DVD released by Magnolia Home Entertainment (via their Magnet sublabel) in 2013.
Sushi Girl (2012) is a Tarentino-esque Grindhouse-style film starring a who's who of character actors, such as Mark Hamill, Tony Todd, Sonny Chiba, Jeff Fahey, Michael Biehn, Danny Trejo, Noah Hathaway (Atreyu from The Neverending Story), and David Dastmalchian. In the film, Fish (Noah Hathaway) is released from prison after spending six years for robbery. To celebrate his freedom, the four men he protected with silence present him with a congratulatory dinner. The meal is a lavish array of sushi, served off the naked body of a beautiful young woman. The "sushi girl" (Cortney Palm) seems catatonic, trained to ignore everything in the room, even if things become dangerous. Sure enough, the four unwieldy thieves can't help but open old wounds in an attempt to find their missing loot.
The Blu-ray contains three Easter Eggs, though only two were ported over to the DVD. The Blu-ray instructions will be listed first, followed by the DVD for each Egg.
