Bram Stoker's Dracula Blu-ray & DVD Easter Eggs

There are many websites devoted to DVD Easter Eggs, though they don't seem to have been updated in quite some time. By the time the Blu-ray format came out in the mid-2000s, the studios mostly gave up on Easter Eggs, so there aren't many on Blu-ray, but there are some. Generally, these aren't listed on the Easter Egg sites, so I thought I would list the Blu-ray Easter Eggs that I find on the discs that I own. Today, I'll show you the eggs on the Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) "Collector's Edition" Blu-ray and 2-Disc DVD released by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment in 2007.
Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) is the tale of centuries old vampire Count Dracula, who comes to England to seduce barrister Jonathan Harker's fiancee, Mina Murray, and inflict havoc in the foreign land. The film was directed by Francis Ford Coppola and stars Gary Oldman as Dracula, Winona Ryder as Mina Murray, Anthony Hopkins as Van Helsing, and Keanu Reeves as Jonathan Harker.
Sony has released the film several times on Blu-ray and DVD. I'm going to focus exclusively on the "Collector's Edition" discs that were released in 2007. The DVD contains two Easter Eggs, though only one was ported over to the "Collector's Edition" Blu-ray. Interestingly, BOTH of the DVD Easter Eggs can be found in the same manner, with each being shown randomly.
On the DVD (DISC 2), go to Documentaries, highlight "The Costumes are the Sets", press RIGHT to reveal a hidden red face on the right side of the screen, then press ENTER. One of these two video clips will play:
• Gary's Green Hat Fun (0:15) (Title 73)
• One Dracula and a Baby (0:44) (Title 74)

This is the first Easter Egg, that I can recall, where a different video is played each time you select the same egg.
The BLU-RAY only ports over the "One Dracula and a Baby" (0:52) video. You can find it by going to Special Features, Deleted Scenes, highlight "Cut 12: Ending (Early Version)", press DOWN to reveal a coin under the scenes list, press ENTER.

Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) is available on the 2007 "Collector's Edition" Blu-ray and 2-Disc DVD. That same Blu-ray disc can also be found in the Bram Stoker's Dracula / Mary Shelley's Frankenstin Double Feature Blu-ray set. The "Collector's Edition" Blu-ray is missing the "Green Hat" Easter Egg and the 103-page Fangoria article.
The film was re-released on Blu-ray in 2015 as part of Sony's "Supreme Cinema Series" in both deluxe packaging and standard packaging. This release contains two new featurettes/interviews with director Coppola and his son Roman, and an additional audio commentary track. The film was released on 4K UHD in 2017, which bundles a new 4K disc with the 2015 Blu-ray. (UPDATE 5/15/2022 - The "Supreme Cinema Series" Blu-ray contains BOTH Easter Eggs! To find them, highlight either trailer listed in the Special Features menu and press UP. You'll reveal a bloody "D" and the video will instantly play. The hat video plays when you press UP from the "Beware Trailer", and the baby video plays when you press UP from the "Theatrical Trailer".)
