[ SYNOPSIS ]

Follow CIA analyst Jack Ryan (John Krasinski) as he's thrust into dangerous field assignments in different countries across the globe. From uncovering patterns in terrorist communications and networks in the Middle East, to tracking suspicious cargo tied to far-reaching conspiracies in South America and crisscrossing Europe to prevent the cascade of destabilizing conflict and global catastrophe, Jack will stop at nothing to protect the country he loves and her allies. No digital copy code voucher is included inside the thick eight-disc black DVD case. Yes, this 4K release is in a DVD case. At least this isn't in one of those horrible overlapping-disc cases or the crappy ones Warner used for the recent The Powerpuff Girls and Manifest DVD releases.

[ NOTES ]

Jack Ryan: The Complete Series is available on 4K UHD and Blu-ray. No Blu-ray discs are included with the 4K set, but that's standard procedure for Paramount (and Warner Brothers). It must be stated that the eight 4K discs included in this "Complete Series" set are the same ones that were previously released in the four individual Season sets. So, if you already own those four Season sets, you do NOT need this "Complete Series" set. You already have everything found here. For everyone else, this set is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The Jack Ryan franchise consists of American action-thriller installments, based on the fictional titular character from a series of novels written by Tom Clancy. Various actors have portrayed the role, though the series has been distributed solely by Paramount Pictures since its inception. The Jack Ryan film series currently consists of The Hunt for Red October (1990) (Alec Baldwin), Patriot Games (1992) (Harrison Ford), Clear and Present Danger (1994) (Harrison Ford), The Sum of All Fears (2002) (Ben Affleck), and Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014) (Chris Pine). The complete (as of this writing) 5-Film Collection is available on 4K UHD+Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD.
